Each luxurious villa is spacious, elegantly decorated
and completely furnished. Most villas feature separate
bedrooms and bathrooms, which include whirlpool tub in the
master bath, living room with queen sleeper sofa bed and
dining area, kitchens are fully equipped with
refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,
china, utensils and washer/dryer. Also, included standard
in all villas are cable TV with HBO, stereo receiver,
video player and in-room safe.
Our full service resort includes tennis courts, heated
pool & jacuzzi, video game room w/pool table, fitness
center, and complimentary continental breakfast.

Maid service is available at an extra charge, ranging

Mini Suite
This beautiful decorated suite sleeps four to six
people. The suite has a den by day which has a queen
sleeper sofa and a mini-kitchen equipped with a
mini-refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, china and
utensils for four guests. The suite has two double beds as
well as remote control color television.
One Bedroom
This lavishly decorated suite has a master bedroom
with a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The living room
has a queen sleeper sofa and remote control color
television with a stereo system and safety deposit box.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensil, pots and pans
and dishwasher-enough to make a gourmet meal. Washer and
dryer are included in the suite.
Two Bedroom Deluxe
This two bedroom deluxe can accommodate up to 10
people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and
whirlpool tub, two double beds in the second bedroom and
two queen sleeper sofas - one in the living room and the
other in the den by day which also includes a
mini-kitchen. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen and a
washer and dryer.

DIRECTIONS TO CLARION LAKE BUENA VISTA: From I-4
East take SR 535 N. exit (Exit 68), towards Kissimmee/Lake
Buena Vista. Merge onto SR 535 N. towards Lake Buena
Vista. Proceed past two traffic lights. Turn Right onto
Palm Parkway. Clarion Suites will be 1/4 mile on the left
hand side.
