Health Club
The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Health Club offers the latest in computerized exercise equipment. Choose from treadmills, Life Cycles, cross-trainer or Stairmaster machines. In addition, we offer a Keiser workout system, Gavitron 2000, dumb-bell free weights and a personal trainer upon request.

Our beautiful recreation area is highlighted by our 800,000 gallon, half-acre, free-form swimming pool which contains 12 waterfalls and three whirlpool spas. Our staff can guide you through your workout or aerobics class. After your workout, or before a massage, enjoy our steam, sauna and separate locker rooms for men and women. Hours: Daily, 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Aerobics classes are complimentary to our guests. Sessions are held at 10:00 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Massage
Our professionally licensed, staff of massage therapists is available seven days a week. Many styles of massage exist but the two most common offered are Swedish massage, which features slow stokes and the use of oils and, secondly, neuro-muscular massage, which can aid in the rehabilitation of injuries or chronic stiffness.

The massage therapists work with specific muscle groups, loosening the muscles, creating greater flexibility and relieving muscle soreness.

The therapist can adapt the massage to suit executives who need stress relief, athletes who need neuro-muscular therapy or the individual who seeks total relaxation or enjoyment.

Some benefits of massage include:

You'll be enchanted by the splendor of it all. Alternatively, you may dine in the comfort of your own room, taking advantage of our 24-hour room service.

Standard Guest Rooms have a garden view overlooking the surrounding Lake Buena Vista area. Preferred View Rooms offer a view of Lake Windsong or the pool area

Hospitality Suite
One-bedroom Hospitality Suites, featuring one king-size bed, may be reserved. The bedroom offers amenities, which are standard to all Guest Rooms. The parlor is 768 square feet and features a dinette for eight, a large sitting area with television, unstocked wet bar, coffee pot. There is a full bathroom and two robes in the closet. In addition, the Hospitality Suite offers an oversized outdoor patio.

Executive Suite
Executive Suites may be reserved with either one or two bedrooms located on either side of the parlor. The parlor and each of the bedrooms are the size of our Standard Guest Rooms (360 square feet). The bedrooms offer amenities, which are standard to all Guest Rooms. The parlor is in the style of a living room area with a sofa sleeper, desk area and dinette for four, television and coffee pot. There is a bathroom with a shower and two robes. There are a limited number of Executive Suites which may be reserved on our Regency Club® level.

Bi-Level Suite
Bi-Level Suites have one loft bedroom (276 square feet) featuring one king-size bed, and the option of an additional connecting bedroom with two full-size beds. The double-door entrance leads to a foyer and parlor, including a dinette for six, a large communal sitting area with television and unstocked wet bar. There is a half bathroom and a large, private outdoor patio. The  Bi-Level parlors vary in size: two are 504 square feet while three others are somewhat larger. The staircase off the living room area leads to the loft bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. Access to the private Regency Club® Lounge is included during your stay.

VIP Suite
VIP Suites may be reserved with the option of one or two bedrooms which are located on either side of the parlor. The bedrooms offer amenities standard to all Guest Rooms. The parlor is 629 square feet and features a dinette for six, a large sitting area with television, unstocked wet bar, coffee pot, two robes in the closet and half bathroom. There are a limited number of VIP Suites which may be reserved on our Regency Club® level.

The Villas
Every AAA Four-Diamond, Mobil Four-Star, Mediterranean-styled Club Suite and Villas for one to four feature elegant, thoughtfully designed decor and superb in-room amenities. Club Suites can provide an extra room with a separate seating area, while most Villa rooms offer a variety of sophisticated appointments - from full kitchens, fireplaces and private terraces to whirlpool tubs and spectacular views of the waterways or fairways of the North course. Regency Club® rooms are located on a privately accessed floor, where you may enjoy special services and amenities.
